'Kind abd supportive staff'

'As always we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and were quickly on to our room, which was spotless. Unfortunately the television was inoperable but within minutes we were moved to another room. The Park Center area really works for us as it has a “tucked away” feel but centrally located just outside city center. 'The staff were amazing - so kind and helpful. Loved the style of the rooms. Most comfortable beds! And the coffee downstairs was so good. Overall the vibe was on point! Excited to go back and stay there again! '

'Yesterday we had a grumpy receptionist (young woman) who made us feel unwelcome. If we hadn’t paid already we would have left for another motel. Last night and this morning there were other receptionists who were nice and helpful. For this price we had a nice room, comfortable beds, okay breakfast, ease of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Although we feared loudness, I think the no locals rule prevented that. All in all it was a fine stay with exception of the welcome.'
