'Difficulty at check in . Booked two deluxe sea views bures but at checking were assigned a franjapane room. At first they told me I was wrong but after showing my booking it was changed the next day.'

'The hotel was really nice! The staff was amazing! They came sit at your table and speak with you, and they sang for us! They were really helpfull and nice. We really liked the scenery and the quiteness of the location. However, if you would want to leave the hotel you have to walk a 4km road that is hilly, or you can be dropped off by the hotel at the road for a fee. '

'Beautifull view of the beach and the sea from the bure/room. Also a great view from the bar. The area of the resort looks good and are good maintained. The room is very clean and tidy. There is only WIFI available in the mainbuilding, not in the bure/room. You got to pay for the WIFI. The food tast good, only the beverages are to expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.'

'Bij aankomst gingen we uit van de geboekte kamer met tuinzicht. Vanaf het balkon keek je op een blinde muur en alleen schuin zag je de tuin. Dit werd wel hersteld met een andere kamer, maar het was nog een halve oplossing als gevolg van een drukke bezetting. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. De maaltijden zijn uitstekend. Het zwembad is klein.'

'A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards.
