'I walked in at 8 pm and the front desk staff told me that they had no clean rooms and they don't know when they will be cleaned. I asked if there was an ETA and she said no, without any apology. She told me to cancel my reservation with the 3rd party, so I reached out via chat to that one and asked to speak with a manager. She said there were no managers on site. A manager was called and the front desk person briefly explained the issue, and the manager instructed her to kick me out because...

'We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best over all experiences we ever had. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Excellent wifi. Breakfast & dinner buffets have a lot of variety & healthy choices. Location is very central to Mobile & Gulf. We felt very much at home!'

Kunnen wel een gedegen schoonmaakbeurt op de minder voor de hand liggende plaatsen gebruiken. Redelijk comfortabel voor de prijs.'
