The Clubhouse offers a spacious, thoughtfully designed retreat perfect for families, groups, or extended stays. This three-bedroom, three-bath home features a welcoming layout with one bedroom on the main floor, furnished with a queen bed and full bathroom nearby. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a handcrafted king bed made by the homeowner and its own private bathroom, while the second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and easy access to the third bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and Roku, making it easy to stream your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances—refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—plus dishes, cutlery, utensils, a coffee maker, and toaster. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, along with a starter supply of laundry essentials. Weymouth Center, Tour the magnificent Weymouth Center and grounds and explore other historic sites. This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the news level is kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm.

3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
