'This is an easy hotel to go see Heritage Park concerts. The only issue with our room probably be the toilet. The handle was a little bit wobbly, and the seat bolts look like one of them might’ve been broken. Other than that it was excellent.'

'Check in was a breeze, Staff was very friendly and check out was just as easy too. We left one morning to do some visiting of family and I meant to tell the front desk to repIace the hand wash rags and towels for our room but I forgot to tell them. When we got back though, all of the towles and washrags were replaced! I would stay here again. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars for cleanliness and condition was because there was a stain on the bed (on the side of the bed top mattress)....

'I didn't like the $50 fee, that I still don't understand; and was told it would be refunded(?) The staff and the cleanliness of the motel were excellent. They need (and I talked with Mukesh Patel; the General Manager) to have instructions in the room explaining the TV control/remote; it is NOT self-explanatory!
I would absolutely stay here again (especially if I could reserve room #101)! King bed and on end of building.'

'We arrived for a concert on Friday at 2pm even though the site said check in was at 3. We were greeted by the manager/ owner and promptly checked in within 3 minutes. We had two keys and proceeded to our room just two doors down the hall. Room was nice and clean, tv was adequate (no written guide) but a large mini fridge and a large bathroom. The night was quiet after we got back. The only complaint would be the bed which was a little firm for our liking. '

'I was very welcomed here and you don't get that at every hotel. The staff is so friendly and really helped while we were spending some quality time with my mom before her surgery. They treat you like family from the front desk to the kitchen. Which the breakfast is amazing. The ladies do a fantastic job. Only down fall is Greenville is getting kind of rough, but still a lot to do here as well still nice people even though are some bad eggs out there. '

Eten in het hotel was goed. Wil je buiten het hotel eten dan is de Cracker Barrel een aanrader.'
