'Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

'We had all of our kids and grandkids in one house, but there was plenty of room for everyone. After an initial glitch with the stove, the Wards did everything they could to make things right as quickly as possible. The two decks were especially used. The pool was a perfect alternative to beach time. We had some loud neighbors the first night, but after that it was perfect. '

'Absolutely perfect for me and my two daughters. my 10 year old had a softball tournament. I wanted a smaller condo that was quiet and safe but close to beach for in between games or after. I did not want to have to travel around too much since my husband could not make it. This condo was just that. It was close enough to everything but yet not right in the middle of the hectic tourist stuff. I will say if you have trouble climbing a few stairs this is not the condo for you. No waiting on...

'Luna Sea was perfect- there was a little sand area right off the back staircase for the kids to play. There were a lot of leftover beach toys, including a small kiddie pool, an umbrella and a few beach chairs (we did not use them- not sure the condition). We used the grill a few nights and sat on the back porch every morning and evening (plenty of seating). "Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn. Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. Achter elkaar geren op de gang, muziek, geschreeuw en de hele tijd als ze aanwezig waren smijten met de deuren. Toen we er wat van gezegd hadden werd het nog erger en vonden de 2 jongens van de overliggende kamer het nodig om keihard tegen onze deur te slaan of te schoppen. Wellicht had het hotel maatregelen kunnen nemen want we zullen vast niet de enige op de gang geweest zijn die hier last van hadden en dat is toch wel jammer omdat het hotel op zich keurig netjes is, vlakbij het strand en een prima zwembad heeft."
