But the pool was freezing and the hot tub was non existent…and I paid extra for a room with a balcony only to have it facing the parking lot with the roof to the entrance blocking my view to the other side of the parking lot.'

'We initially enjoyed our stay at Lil Black Bear Inn. We were promptly greeted by Jim and shown our room. The room & property were nice & well kept. We loved it!
We did, however, find ourselves at odds with Jim at breakfast on our 2nd day. On day 1 we had an accidental, minor spill in the dining room.
