'We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it! The restaurant had a great breakfast and the coffee was amazing! This stay was terrible. Upon check in, we were not informed that the AC was broken and the restaurant was closed due to extreme temps. I understand that completely but not having AC in the rooms should have been disclosed. The lobby and hallways were cool but the rooms were like an oven. Many guests upset at checkout but no staff to be found. We will not stay here again.'

'Room was average hotel room. No windows only slider to pool area. Pool area was large with water puddles. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was good. Worst part of the whole stay was the restaurant. Horrible service if you could even get service. 45 minute wait for food and then it was wrong but they couldn’t make what we ordered because by then the kitchen was closed. Two other tables just got up and left because no one waited on them. Only two other people in the place so no excuse....

'Lily at front desk was amazing and helpful when I need first aid. The hotel was sooo loud! Kids running up and down the halls all night! I realize it was because of a youth baseball tournament , but it was NOT a good nights sleep!'
