Spahotels in Southwest Montana

'It is glamping in a Teepee, so keep that in mind. It did get down to 45 when I woke, but they have excellent electric blankets. The units do have some age to them and have some of the zippers coming away from the fabric causing extra gaps. No bugs during my stay in June, so no issues with that. 'We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby.'

'If you don't have money to waste, Huntley Lodge is your place to stay at Big Sky, Montana. It is close to the slopes (in fact, almost on the slopes) the rooms are clean and big and the staff is friendly (to a point you wonder if they are on some kind of drugs). The breakfast is exstensive, but everybody needs to be escorted to their table, so there is always a long waiting line. The hotel has some more issues: the walls and ceilings are super thin, so if your neighbour farts, you will hear it....

'Great location on the mountain with very nice views of everything. We went the first week of the summer season so it was probably a little quieter than peak season and the staff were just getting into the swing of things, but everyone was very attentive and we enjoyed the amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable and enjoyed having a very well stocked kitchen for cooking our own meals. Full oven/range and dishwasher were nice to have, we were even able to bake banana bread and muffins....
