'I did not enjoy my stay here.
In my room, the TV turned on on its own at about 3:30 in the morning both the nights I stayed. Ruining my sleep.
The water pressure should not even be called water pressure because it was a drizzle.
The rooms were dilapidated. Cabinets hanging faucets, breaking. The showerhead hair all in it. I will not be returning to this hotel.'

'We had booked for 4 nights, we had requested a room with a marina view. We were given a 2nd Floor room FACING A WALL. We requested a different room and were told "All rooms face a wall" and no other rooms were available. The thermostat in our room was not working and the air conditioner was very noisy. The dining room was very small and hav a very limited menu and the bartender served as the waiter and server. We checked out a day early and will not return to any Sheraton.'

'Room was clean when we arrived. Had room service, none of our bottles for toiletries were full. Empty upon arrival, called the front desk, the gentleman brought us all brand new bottles, but seemed to get rather upset because my dog barked at him. Stayed for three days, room service didn’t bother to wipe down anything that was accessible and cleared of personal belongings. Breakfast was mediocre. But again, it’s hotel. Our second time staying, pet friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely stay...
