'The rooms were nice and the staff was even nicer. Staff member Jazz was very helpful to me and she entertained my children and their stories.'

'Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room. Didn't look like much pride was in it anymore.'

'The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk helped me find an ice machine. A nice gentleman and I chatted about my love for the cinnamon rolls you can only find at their hotels. And the breakfast attendant kept everything clean, and even packed up an extra cinnamon roll for us to take along. We left there ready for a good day.'

'The property was beautiful and complete with pool, fitness center and excellent breakfast. My only concern was when an unattended dog was continuously barking at 3:30 PM in the afternoon for at least 30 minutes, when I called the front desk and talked to the employee there, they told me that there was nothing they could do to help the situation. To me, that was unacceptable. They would allow an unattended barking dog to impact other guests when the room number of the occupant was known, the...

'Needs updating and refrigerators in rooms. Great location for Santa Claus World. You’ll have to do research on areas to eat and drive too unless, you want pizza or subway. We visited the end of June beginning of July and all the stores closed around 5:00.'
