'Loved the big t.v. although the remote took some figuring out.
Thought it was strange there were no towel racks in the bathroom. Also had to get ice buckets at the front desk. Overall it's a great place to stay!'
'The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, made me feel at home. Breakfast had astandard hotel selection, but rotated the hot menu items daily which was nice to have a different option each of the 3 days of my stay. Management was very helpful, exceeding my expectations. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a great stay. As a frequent traveler, this hotel is at the top of my list of places to stay in the Jasper area.'
'The manager was amazing and obviously really cares about his hotel. I saw him helping people find seats for kickback, working the front desk, helping with breakfast, and by the elevators talking with guests. He was pleasant and helpful at all times.'
'While the room was clean, it had horrible mold odor. We did see spots on the wall by the sink that appeared to be moldy. May not consider staying there as we make our return trip home.'
'Net als met alle hotels van Choice Hotel, op de foto's ziet het er altijd beter uit dan in werkelijkheid. Heb het idee dat het aan een buitenlandse eigenaar is verkocht en dat deze net iets minder echte kwaliteit nastreeft.'
