'Great hotel to take kids! The pool was a blast and the hot tub was actually hot. The breakfast was pretty good, the waffle maker is on it's last legs but there was a decent selection. The beds were really comfortable which is a must for me. The coffee/ hot chocolate machine in the lobby was a huge bonus and the staff were all really friendly. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We switched to our 3 rd room only because we prepaid thru Expedia and could not get a refund. Our first room lost hydro so they moved us to a second room and we found a carpet beetle on the bed. They said we could go elsewhere but they could not give us a refund and it was after 8 at night so we were upgraded to a suite. In all 3 rooms the beds were indented on both sides of the beds they need new mattresses I bet in all the rooms. We have stayed here before years ago with no problems but it...

'They were renovating the hotel and painting right next to our room while we had a baby.. would have been better to shut down one wing at a time and paint it while there are no guests. The sauna did not work for a couple hours while we stayed there. My key card stopped working at 11:55 even though check out was not until 12:00 while I was trying to grab the rest of the baby items from my room. I was also charged $5 for parking, but never informed of this until check out and even then no one said...

'Stayed in the suite for a wedding, good sized and clean. Included breakfast was quite good and had hot food, although they could extend the hours a bit. Overall, worth the price.'
