'Inside of the toilet dirty. Third shift employee was rude. Never was told about construction before check in learned about it by getting in the elevator by a sign. The dust from the construction cause me to have an asthma attack.Was awaken by very loud people talking construction worker then by saws and hammer's. Not to happy. Even closed bedroom door could still hear them. Shouldn't have been told up front about construction. I wouldn't have paid that kind of money during construction. '

'The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean as was the lobby and breakfast area.'

'The room needs to be updated with new HVAC. During our stay, the air unit was extremely loud. Additionally, we needed to ask for additional towels and toilet paper, even the shower gel was empty. '

'I wish the breakfast time was until 10 am all Seven days. The liquid soap bottles were empty and didn’t get filled up when room was cleaned. The safe box was not in the room. When we asked about the safe box, they asked to leave the valuables at the front desk. '

'We asked for a cart for our luggage. We had to leave a drivers license to get it. We were never asked if we needed help with luggage but we got the cart. I understand that they wanted the cart back for use by other guests but the process makes you feel like they didn’t trust you. '
