There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm.
We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again why do we have this request.
In addition, she tried to make us feel bad that we did not show up for dinner and that they had to wait for us, although we never confirmed that we will dine at the restaurant.
Only when she realised that we booked two one bedroom apartments (we were assigned to one bedroom apartment and one studio) she found a staff member that had access to the linen locker. She once again asked why we did not show up for dinner.
This is an unacceptable way to treat guests and make them feel uncomfortable for having a simple request.
The experience was terrible and we made the decision to leave the hotel first thing in the morning.
I will recommend looking elsewhere for your stay. In addition, we almost broke out rental car as the parking arrangement is very poor.
