'Everything about this stay was perfect! Perfect location and had everything we needed for the beach and very close to so many activities! Great communication about everything!'

'The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

'This property was an excellent choice for our family. The pool, short walk to the beach, Cocoa Beach pier, and nearby restaurants were exactly what we had wanted. The one thing we were very disappointed in was the terrible quality of the mattresses. They were so cheap and unsupportive that it really hindered any quality sleep. We've never had a problem with beds at other properties so these must just be unfortunately cheap or poor quality mattresses. If those could be replaced this property...

'Met my daughter and son in law in Florida. This is a very nice condo with all amenities one could ask for. Very close to Beaches, restaurants and night life. Saw dolphins from the living room window and dock. Kayaks included made for an awesome afternoon. I would highly recommend.'

'Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should.'

'This is a newly decorated Condo right on the beach....the view could not be any better! Just gorgeous ocean & sand!! Beds are comfy ....Master also has a direct view to the ocean.Nice little balcony to sit outside on.from the living room. Very relaxing! Great large screen TVs also. Nice washer & dryer in the unit. We did see dolphiins swimming one a.m. quite aways out. A pair of Morning Doves entertained us a few times with their cooing.'

'We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.'

'This was the best property we have booked on VRBO. Doug and Cathy are fantastic to work with. Everything you need is within walking or a very short drive. All the little details they cover makes you feel at home instantly. A short drive to Orlando to do the theme parks, puts you right back on the beach the same day. We are already wanting to book another trip at this great place.'

'We loved our vacation! The condo had direct beach access. The beach was so relaxing! The place looked newly remodeled and was very clean. The kitchen was beautiful and was stocked with all the essentials. The two balconies are great for a peaceful time enjoying the outside and the view of the ocean. The closet had all the beach items we could have needed (beach chairs, boogie boards, beach tent, wagon, etc,). All-in-all, we loved this place and we will be back!'

'Would stay here again. The elevator is an issue- doesn’t go down from the 4th floor. One day it was completely out. For someone who has challenges walking, this was a big worry. '

'We stayed for one week before heading to Universal, the place was great and perfect access to the Beach. The pier was a little too far to walk for my daughter but the distance also meant no crowds near us so a calm beach on our end'

'Perfect location and beautiful view. Everything was provided that we would need for our two-week vacation. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. My family and myself felt very comfortable and at home. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We hope to get a reservation in the time slot we need in the future. I loved the condo!'

'The view was outstanding, kinda annoying we got woken up every morning around 6:45 to dump trucks coming past the condo on the beach with loads of sand, the room definitely could have been cleaned better, food on the counter, microwave, and dirty plates put in cabinets. The bedsheets were dirty, im hoping the sheets were washed for us.... overall we loved it, i just cleaned the condo myself when we got there.'

'The condo/apartment was spotless and inviting. Beautiful tile throughout, clean and beach cozy. The 3rd floor patio was spacious with comfy chairs and had great views. The morning sunrise was beautiful! The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The property itself seems older but the unit is up to date. We saw that some complained about the stairs which was not an issue for us, but may be difficult for seniors. We hope to visit again! Thank you!'

'Sfeervol ingericht klein complex met luxe kamers. Mooie ligging aan het strand. Faciliteiten voor BBQ aanwezig. Half uurtje rijden van Kennedy Space Center. Vliegveld Orlando ligt op een uur rijden.'

'This place was beautiful. I would have given it 5 stars, but I wish I would’ve known prior to booking that you had to strip the beds and take out the trash. Definitely would’ve been helpful information. '
