Hotels met roomservice in Space Coast

'Just booked a balcony room through expedia. Was looking forward to the pool. When arrived there seemed to be construction works. All balconies closed, pool closed, no breakfast. When I looked again on the website it's mentioned in the fine print below. Who checks that when the description mentions a pool and a balcony. Very dissappointing for the highest price in the area. Also 2 strange hairs in my bed and an alarm clock with usb but no plug in the wall. Why is it even there then? Shower made a...

'Everything about this hotel was excellent, including a clean and well appointed room, the many onsite food and drink options, nice access to the beach, tiki hut with live music, clean hotel areas and really nice staff. The Cocoa Beach area, however, had much to be desired. There really wasn't a lot to do outside of the hotel (already had great access to the beach) and in general the area is a bit rundown and dated.'
