'The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.'

'The house and pool were both clean. Property is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of good restaurants close by and a Walmart and grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. For us older folks I would suggest that a handicap rail be installed in the master bedroom walk-in shower and there are lots of sand spurs in the yard (ouch) so I wouldn't recommend walking barefooted in the grass but other than those two things the property is terrific. 'The property was great for our party in that there was a private bedroom and bath that was ideal for our traveling companion. The house itself was spacious and comfortable with a screened-in porch that was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. My wife and I would use it again without hesitation. '
