'We loved this farmhouse it was very cute and clean and the host thought of every detail we saw tons of deer and hummingbirds and bunnies.... a storm knocked out the modem and terry and kevin called someone to fix it immediately!!! loved sitting on front porch and or back porch so serene... we didn't want to leave after our week was over ... only suggestion would be a bigger bed in main bedroom '

'Such an isolated, beautiful cabin on a peninsula to the little river! So peaceful! The kids loved playing on the sand hills that were made after hurricane Helene came through the area. Four fish were caught!'

There is plenty of room for at least 6 people and even a detached building/BBQ to entertain around 30 people and ample parking.David Woodie is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of this Host’s properties. It is very conveniently located to downtown Sparta, which is charming. Great restaurants with live music, shopping and grocery store close by (10 minutes away). We loved it! Looking forward to going...

'We absolutely loved our stay. Nothing compares to the beauty of this area. The home was perfect. Lots of interesting pieces, fantastic surroundings. There are a lot of cool things to do and see within an hour. Ziplining, lavender farm, fiddlers conventions, floating the river, bike rides, hikes galore, shopping and sightseeing. '
