Guest will have access to the entire house, there are no shared spaces.

Parking: 2 reserved spots labeled #40. Closest to the home on the left. Additional parking is located to the far right. Parking in a spot marked with a number beside 40 may result in your vehicle being towed.

Front door has a keypad, code will be sent at time of check in to messages

Laguna House features a selection of beautiful local artist works available for purchase. If you are interested in making a purchase, please follow the art buyers guide located in our guest book in the unit. There is additional information for each work located on an info card located next to each piece.
Check-In Policy:

-Standard Check-In time is 4:00 pm

-Early Check-in Option:
A 2 hour early check-in @ 2:00 pm is available for a fee of $60. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival.

We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready.

Checkout Policy:

-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am
Guests must vacate the premises by this time.

-Late Checkout Option:

A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout.

-Penalty for Delayed Departure:
Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled checkout time.
