This thoughtfully curated home offers a relaxing space to unwind, cook, and connect. Walk to Converse College or take a short drive to Wofford. Enjoy peaceful tree-lined streets perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls in one of Spartanburg’s most charming neighborhoods.



The Space:

The home is full of spaces to relax, work, or spend time with friends and family.



Each room has been thoughtfully designed with high quality furnishings, local art, and some of our favorite products.



- BEDROOMS - Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds with award winning Brooklinen sheets.



- BATHROOM - The home has one full bathroom with a shower/tub. We supply our guests with soap, shampoo, and conditioner.



- KITCHEN - Fully equipped with all the needed tools and some pantry essentials.



- DINING ROOM - our dining room, featuring tropical wallpaper, seats 6 and is a perfect place to gather for meals.



- LIVING ROOMS - The sitting room in the front of the house is the perfect place to soak in the morning sun as you drink your morning tea or coffee. The back living room is especially cozy and perfect for winding down in the evening. In winter months, you can take advantage of our wood burning fireplace!



- OUTDOOR SPACES - The house is perfect for those who love the outdoors. The backyard features a huge deck stung with string lights with a dining area and a grill. Step off the deck and enjoy the large grassy backyard or our huge fire pit area perfect for roasting s'mores.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire lower level of the house including two bedrooms, one full bathroom, two living rooms, a dining room, the kitchen, a front porch, a back deck and large yard with a fire pit. You can park two cars in the driveway and two in front of the house if needed.

Getting around is easy! You'll find ample parking with space for two cars in the driveway and two more in front of the house. For those arriving by air, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is approximately a 25-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in this charming neighborhood, the convenient location allows for easy access to downtown Spartanburg and surrounding areas by car or ride-sharing services.
