'The staff was amazing and I like that the hotel is pet friendly but I didn't like the room. Carpet look dirty. There was a bad odor when exiting the elevator on the 2nd fl.'

'Check in was smooth. The initial room we had was decent. It did smell weird. There was food left in the fridge and trash in the bathroom trash can. We were beginning to wonder if the room had been cleaned. We had an issue with the door and we were immediately assigned to a new room. It was handicap room and smelled better. We had a good stay. Parking was great. We were in a first floor room. '
