The staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. It is a magical experience. Couple things to note . Not a complaint. The hotel is eco friendly so the soaps, shampoos are in bar form. Sorrento has stairs and cobblestones but is far more walkable than Capri etc. Book this hotel ! '

'This place is right in the middle of the city. Walkable to restaurants, shops, the church is literally 15 feet away. The beach clubs are no more than 15-20 minute walk. The ferry landing is about a 30 min walk. The walks are pleasant with so much to see. The hotel is very clean and very spacious. Staff is accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. '
