'The setting is absolutely stunning, with a fantastic restaurant serving delicious dinner and breakfast. The pool area is beautiful as well, and you can conveniently order drinks from the restaurant while relaxing by the water. However, a few details fell short. The bed pillows were uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep, upgrading them would truly put the cherry on the cake. 'Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
