This property offers a newly renovated main house with a bunkhouse just up the hill!

The main house (2bd/1ba + outdoor shower) offers an open concept kitchen that is perfect for entertaining large groups! Equipped with a full-sized fridge, pantry, utensils, seasonings, and a a fully stocked coffee bar, you will feel right at home. In one of the bedrooms you will find a king-sized bed, and the other offers two queen-sized beds.

Overlooking the lake, the screened-in front porch boasts a large dining table, a separate lounge area, and a TV. Walk around to the side of the front porch to find the large propane grill for the grill-master of your group (we provide the propane).

The 2bd/1ba bunkhouse sleeps 7 comfortably, and is just up the hill from the main house. Great for the kids, the main room has 3 twin beds, a 42in TV, and a kitchenette (with a fully stocked coffee bar, mini-fridge). The bunkhouse also has two bedrooms (one king, one queen) with sliding doors onto the back porch and a laundry room.

Below the main house (downhill) lies the outdoor game area and covered patio. Grab the paddles and play a game of ping pong, or toss the cornhole bags while enjoying the lake views. Head on down a little further where the paddleboards and kayaks are waiting on the dock for your enjoyment!

Guests have access to the entire property except the locked owners closet.

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks or paddleboards while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks or paddleboards.

All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
