'The room was very dusty. There was brick dust on the bathroom walls together with cobwebs. There was dust stacked on the hand basin waste and mould on the curtains. To get hot water to the basin you had to run the tap for at least 10 minutes and you could not get any hot water to the shower at all. The car park was a joke....7 or 8 spaces for a 40 room hotel.'

'Excellent lovely stay the Lilly hotel. Bed was excellent and room offered everything that i expected. Only issue was there was no milk for the tea and coffee supplied in the room. We didn’t ask for any. Furniture was dated but acceptable. Pleasant stay and will definitely be going back again in the future.'

'The reception experience was not good. It was advertised as bed and breakfast but when I got there, I was told that I had to pay extra for the breakfast and never saw anyone to cook the breakfast if I wanted one.'

'Lovely stay at The Brooklyn Hotel. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, very approachable and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bed so comfortable and the linen fresh and pristine. The breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will definitely stay on our next visit to Blackpool.'
