'We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

'From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!'

'When we first arrived, they gave us two rooms, one of which hadn't been cleaned, so we had to go back and wait in line again to get another cleaned room. The lake view with balcony was a joke, the balcony held one person, max, and didn't feel secure in the least. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the Dam Bar and restaurant were fun and had good food and drinks.'

'Das Zimmer war riesig. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Bett bequem. Trotz geöffnetem Fenster roch das Zimmer und vorallem das Bad nicht angenehm. Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war eher einfach.'
