De naam Xenios staat voor "beschermer van gasten, gastvrijheid en de vreemdeling" en de geest van ons vakantieappartement dat in juni 2016 werd gerenoveerd en opnieuw ingericht. Of het nu een paleis, een boulevard, een strand, een café of een restaurant is, alles ligt voor de deur of is te voet binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Het appartement ligt op 80 meter van de zee en op 100 meter van het aangrenzende werelderfgoed, het historische centrum van Split. Het is uitgerust met airconditioning in alle kamers, kabel-tv met 15 Duitse zenders en gratis WiFi. Vanaf het balkon van het 50 m² grote appartement op het zuiden steekt de Blichk de haven en de veerboten over. In de ruime keuken vindt u een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eettafel voor maximaal 6 personen. Een kinderstoel is op aanvraag beschikbaar. Indien nodig verandert de bank in een 160 cm breed tweepersoonsbed met matras en lattenbodem. Een flatscreen biedt verschillende televisieprogramma's.
In de slaapkamer vindt u een klassiek tweepersoonsbed (180 cm), een driedeurs kledingkast met spiegel en kluis. Beide kamers bieden uitzicht op de zee, de haven en het eiland Brac. Elke kamer heeft toegang tot het balkon met een tafel en stoelen. De vriendelijke badkamer heeft een toilet, een grote wastafel en een grote douche op de begane grond, een wasmachine. Voor de winter gasten in de badkamer vloerverwarming, verwarming door airconditioning.

Roken is niet toegestaan!

Xenios ligt naast het Xenia-studio-appartement (zie aankondiging nr. 2560339). Beide kunnen samen gehuurd worden. Gezinnen of groepen zijn van harte welkom.

Fijne, schone verblijf met een top locatie.

Het appartement was netjes en schoon. We hebben goed contact gehad met de verhuurder, hij stond klaar voor alle vragen. De locatie is op 5 minuten lopen naar de haven en alles is op loopafstand te doen. Het appartement was groot genoeg en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens het verblijf. Top vakantie!

We couldn’t have had a better accommodation anywhere else! It was minutes from old town and all of the attractions. The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped! We didn’t want for anything. The view from the balcony was stunning! We arrived very early on a rainy day and Edzard was kind enough to let us in early at no charge! What a wonderful host! I will definitely recommend this lovely apartment

What a spectacular location for this little gem. This apartment has a stunning view of the marina and was within walking distance from the market, numerous restaurants and great shopping. The hosts provided all the information we required prior to our stay and the apartment was as advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities we required. Thank you for your hospitality! The only reason for less than 5 stars for cleanliness was not for the apartment itself but for the garbage on the street outside the apartment by the trash bins

The host was amazing, great communication and went over and beyond to ensure everything was set for our arrival. It is a cosy little apartment close to all the restaurants, shops and tourist attractions with a great view of the marina. Would stay there again.

5 days in Split

The walk from the bus terminal through the port and the waterfront to the unit was a short pleasant 15 minutes. The outside of the build and the lobby seemed a little dated. However the unit was just the opposite. Updated bathroom, kitchen, doors and window. The perfect place for our 5 day stay. Located in a quit area just a 10 min walk to the Riva, old city and the ferries. Very convenient grocery store located one street away. Would rent this unit again.

Great location in Split

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance to everything old town Split has to offer. Free street parking is available, but it is for everyone, meaning you may not always find a spot close by, you may have to park a few blocks away. The apartment is nicely furnished and comes with a great view of the harbor. We had a lovely stay and would come again.

Fantastic spot!

Amazing view of the harbour. Bright, clean and spacious apartment. Has all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay. Very close to the old town and boardwalk but just far enough away to be quiet at night. There’s a cafe, bakery and grocery store within 2 minutes of walking. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Apartment With Perfect Location

Apartment is charming, very well-equipped, and quite spacious. I had everything I needed in the apartment, including things in the kitchen for me to cook meals when I want. Doors in both living room and bedroom open into wonderful views and sea breeze. Best thing is the location -- it's just a short few mins walk to the center of all the action, with enough distance that I didn't get much noise from the crowd. Go west a little and the stretch of beaches begins. Perfect vacation getaway!

Talo ulkoapäin hieman kuluneen näköinen, mutta huoneisto erittäin siisti ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Sijainti erittäin hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä Splitin keskustasta. Parveke pieni, josta näkymä satamaan. Maisemaa häiritsi vain sataman ja huoneiston välissä oleva ränsistynyt autio rakennus, jonka katon yli kuitenkin näkymä satamaan.- kuitenkin huoneisto aivan OK

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Location

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable; it has been updated with a modern kitchen and bath, which sets it apart from other rentals we have had. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances and the necessary dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils. It was stocked with initial supplies for cleaning and paper products. Over time, various renters have left spices, dried herbs, and other staples. so you don’t really have to run out right away and buy a lot of stuff. We would recommend that you check first to see what is here before going shopping. There are two Tommy supermarkets a few minutes’ walk where you can get what you need. The apartment location is wonderful – it is a short walk to the Green Market and the Fish Market, which are open every morning and early afternoon. The whole Old Town and all the ferry piers can be reached on foot, and there is a nice view across Split harbor from the apartment balcony, yet the immediate neighborhood of the apartment was very peaceful and quiet. On arrival it may appear that the immediate neighborhood is not ideal, because the current office building across the street is vacant. That building has a desirable location along the water so that’s likely to change. In any case, the area seemed very safe and the people living there are quite nice. We had a car in Split, and a car isn’t necessary, as everywhere we went or thought of going is reachable by foot or ferry. If you do have a car, parking on the street can be hard to find. There is a public garage very close where you can get 1, 3, or 7 day passes with in-and-out privileges, and we left our car there for the week. In short, we had a wonderful visit to Split with this beautiful apartment as our home away from home.
