House Sandra ligt gunstig gelegen op ca 10 minuten loopafstand van de haven en het oude centrum van Split. Het interieur van het appartement is mooi ontworpen en is zeer goed en modern ingericht. Het bed vonden we iets te zacht. Markus en zijn vader zijn goede gastheren en zeer behulpzaam. Bagage opslag was ook geen probleem. House Sandra is een fijne plaats om te verblijven.

Fijne plek met goede ligging t.o.v. Centrum.
Mooi en schoon appartement met fijne ligging t.o.v. Centrum. Aardige mensen die de plek runnen. Relaxte en weinig formele sfeer. Split leuk voor een kort verblijf!

Cozy place with great service!
Really recommend this place. Free parking (only limited parking spats in front op the building though), free wireless internet. It's a small guesthouse - a family business - and the owners are great and very helpful. It's difficult to find though -even with a GPS- but some strangers we asked for directions, actually took us over there to help us out. I guess it's the great attitude of the people in Split! The rooms are small but cozy and clean. Toilet and shower are okay! We only stayed there for one night, but wouldn't mind if we had stayed there longer.

We had a great time at House Sandra! Marko and his family were very accommodating and provided additional rides and whatever else we needed. We stayed with a young child and the rooms were nicely renovated and clean and just what we needed. Very close walk to the center/palace.

Lovely top floor apartment with a good amount of windows and a ridiculous number of lighting options. The check in was nice and the guy was courteous and helpful but this was self-catered so didn't see them again. Everything was nice and clean and the apartment was spacious with a well stocked tea station. Close enough to the main ferry and bus terminal as well as the old town historic sites and restaurants.

Excellent overnight stay
Just passing through and needed accommodation close to ferry. Ideal location with many restaurants and bars close by on the promenade. Neat and clean room. Marco met us and gave the directions we needed for around the town. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay for 3 days, 3 nights at House Sandra traveling as a single female. The airport pickup for €30 was helpful and Marko was a friendly and welcoming host. The double room on the ground floor was pretty much a pictured (aside from the wide angle lenses most places use for photos), and bathroom is on smaller side, but the room itself felt spacious for 1–2 people. Room was overall clean and tidy, and I appreciated the amenities—electric kettle, some basic bowls/plates/flatware, a mini fridge, extra blanket if needed, a good sized flatscreen TV with Netflix, hairdryer, and the nice touch of tea and a little bowl of candies. Apartment was a pleasant temp for April when it’s still a bit chilly outside. Good air circulation from the windows and also AC available (tho I didn’t use it). Mattress was pretty comfortable though for those who need more supportive pillows you should bring your own. Neighborhood is safe and a convenient distance 7-8 min walk to old town. Plenty of hot water for showering. Only two things that I’d mention are a) there was another room directly next door, so I could hear the conversation thru the walls, though to be fair I could hear anything from upstairs, 2) there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom from the drainage but nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Overall enjoyed my stay and would come back again. Thank you Marko and House Sandra!

Great stay in the central location
Definitely recommended, the place is within a couple of minute walk from the city centre, bus station and main pier. The room is clean and the king bed is amazingly comfortable. We also booked transfer with the room and it was really worth it.

Lovely apartment, clean and tidy. Short walk to all amenities. Good value for money, And Marko couldn’t do enough to ensure stay was satisfactory. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Split for a few days.
