The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'very nice property, I'd rate it a level higher than the room rate indicates. The onsite restaurant is great, especially the breakfast included with the room -- it puts other hotel breakfasts to shame. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful; the pool temp was warm yet still refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful. '

The exception of one guest that kept slamming their door over and over going in and out of their room after 9pm but the rest of the night was Quiet. The breakfast was on par to other hotels and was good. Just spent one night but it was right by the hospital with easy access for an appointment the next morning. This was a bad time to get to the hotel with road construction all around the hotel and the main entrance closed which routed traffic...
