House has everything needed for large gatherings. A short drive to all Spokane has to offer. In a safe & quiet neighborhood. Early check-in/late check-out available. Infant items provided plus toys, games, books, all essentials & more. See below for drive times & a list of more items provided.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to access with the exception of the room we hold our extra supplies in and the garage. Most of our guests report that the home is more spacious than they realized so feel free to enjoy the whole space. The family room is down a flight of stairs and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and play games, watch movies, read books, play the guitar or work on a puzzle. There is an entrance that leads from the driveway into the family room so you’ll have easy access to your vehicle (or the park).

Late checkout fee: $100.00 (11am onwards)

Smoking fee: $250.00

Excessive trash fee: $50.00



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy. We will send out a message with your check-in information a few days before your check-in date. After that message we will leave you alone but please feel free to message us anytime. We will always be available to answer your messages 24/7. We prefer to be messaged here on the app but you can also find my cell phone number listed on the side of the refrigerator. Please send us a message to let us know when you check out.
