You are right, this furnished apartment is not set up for 3 adults...rather two adults and a child as it is the smallest apartment we have in our inventory. That said, we will heed your suggestion and place another chair in the kitchen because in a pinch, an adult could sleep on the sofa sleeper. Thank you for staying with us. Next time you may consider one of the downstairs units which has a larger kitchen, 1 queen bed and 2 single bunk beds.

Our check-in allows guests to go right to their room without checking in. All our mattresses are relatively new. Thank you...we love returning guests. Thank you for staying with us. Being close to downtown and several hospitals, there can be some road noise, however, during remodeling contractors installed additional wall insulation to lessen road noise. We look forward to seeing you again.

Being a corporate housing community, we conduct a background check on all residents. It is listed under taxes and fees with Hotels.com so I can understand how it can be missed. However, most of our residents appreciate the brief review of our residents criminal history. You are correct about our neighborhood - it is in the process of rejuvenating. The boarded buildings across the street are in the process of being moved to make room for a new upscale car wash and office building. We are conveniently located on the corner of Dean and Ash, which makes us close to all the downtown amenities and the Arena, but Ash Street can be busy. This will change once the North-South freeway is complete, which will reduce the traffic on Ash Street. Again, thank you for chosing us.

Your comments are right on Cheryl. Our location is urban and the neighborhood has been rejuvenated. The wooden TV armoire is nice, but large.
