The rooms were very clean and water pressure was great. The room had a broken lamp and the TV volume went up and down on its own. The breakfast was average and the gravy was watered down on one of the days. The price went up on the weekend over $100 which was not worth the price for the condition of the room. Won't be staying here again for that price.

Dont stay her unless you want to worry what bugs you might bring home. I have never seen a hotel so dirty. First we walk in and notice the white blankets covered in stains one also had an oily substance. We call the front dest asking for new ones, since its late they have no house keeping. Not a big deal i can make a bed, wrong they only brought sheets not blankets. So we go back asking for new blankes to be told they have no more of the standard comforter just this thin very old brown blanket with holes. Go to make the bed with the new stained bedding and find a bug it them. Sadly the nastiness of the bedding was not all. The floors are sticky and covered in uncleaned spills from past visitors. Desperately needed swept and mopped for some time. Mold in the tub, less than half a roll of toilet paper for a family of four with no spare in sight. The ac/heating as well as other things that should be sucured to the wall are pulled away and damaged. Will not stay with Ramada again.

This hotel is/was a disaster!!! Stayed one night and am requesting a refund. Arrival: (first room, main floor): plugged sink, disgusting handicap toilet seat in the room, smelled like urine (second room, 2nd floor): shower handle did not work, no water, room overlooking a fast food restaurant and heard the drive through window staff yelling all night. Coffee cream was sour in the morning, used condoms laying by the back door. I will be expecting a refund ASAP. Took pictures for reference and will be forwarding them to the RAMADA head office. This place is an absolute disgrace!!!!!

We have stayed in many Ramada by Wyndham properties and this one in Spokane Valley was horrible . The floors were dirty , there was a bloody fingerprint on the bathroom door, the fan in the bathroom was loud and didn’t work properly. Breakfast was supposed to be included from 6-10 am but was totally out by 7am. We will never stay at this location again .

Had a really hard time checking in…was gave a key to our room and it didn’t work, went back to the front desk to recharge and it still didn’t work…finally the lady walked with us to our room knocked on the door used her key and a guy screamed “I’m taking a SH*T” So she continued to open doors down the hall til she found and opens me clean room and reassigned us that one…would not recommend we only stayed one night due to working in the area…would not recommend at all much safer to probably sleep in your car.

This hotel is so dirty! I was immediately unsatisfied with the quality of the room and the cleanliness of it. I had took off my shoes to get ready for bed and noticed things kept getting stuck to my socks, I looked around the room and started noticing that the room hasn’t been swept or mopped. I went to inspect the bathroom and the bathroom was just as dirty or worse, I found old soap that was left previously by the perhaps the tenant before. Therefore the bathroom wasn’t cleaned or SANITIZED!! The next morning I asked for room service to the room, I left for awhile came back at 3 to the room to find the room hasn’t even been cleaned. I asked the front desk if my room was going to be cleaned today, they replied with a “they are still doing the first building, then they will get to your room” the next few hrs I was with the housekeepers who came in the room and was just going to mop the room without sweeping. I took it into my own hands to sweep and mop out of frustration that they were going to do this simple task half ass!! I am so disgusted with the cleanliness of this property it deserves to be shut down!! It was so bad that even after I did a good sweep and mopping, my daughters and son’s socks were stained black. I bought my own sanitizing spray and cloths to wipe down surfaces, they were all black too!! I mopped the bathroom the towel was left black, ugh I’m so disgusted at this hotel, it’s enough for me to never come back and never recommend staying here!!!!!!! EVER!

Room and lobby were clean and staff was friendly and accomodating. I was commuting in to Spokane from this Valley location. It was worth it, as it felt safe and rooms were clean for the price. I had trouble logging on to WiFi, and lobby computer was not available for use. Exercise room had limited equipment. OVerall, good experience

Location was convenient, surrounded by restaurants and shopping, and the surrounding area didn’t make me feel nervous about my car being left outside. Great stay for the price, but I was a little disappointed with the room. The WiFi was down the entire time, which, I get it, it happens, but the room was just not even clean. There was dog kibble on the floor by the window, chip crumbs all over the desk, all over the chair, it simply looked as though it hadn’t even been cleaned. On top of that, the toilet seat was about to fall off. Probably won’t go back if I have the choice.

There was no plugs near the bed to charge phones or plug in CPap machine. Electrical plugs by the tv and fridge were plugged into an extension cord that was also plugged into extension cord. Very dangerous. The bedding had stains. Holes in the walls and chipped paint. It was hard to feel comfortable under the above circumstances.

Cleaning not up to standards. Room not vacuumed, toilet/sink/hard surfaces not wiped down, laminate floor not mopped. Front desk staff did accommodated with relocating to another room and were apologetic. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Pancake maker, hard boiled eggs, toast/bagel, cereal, coffee/juice, yogurt. Location was excellent for a starting point for shopping. Mexican restaurant on south side of hotel had staff that played loud music late at night on occasion.
