Negatief: Personeel en service
I was charged an extra $25 just to check in two hours early, which was frustrating. On my first morning, I noticed a rash on my arms—I initially thought it might be from the shower gel, so I stopped using it the next day, but the rash persisted. Every time I lay in bed, my skin felt itchy, which was very uncomfortable.
When I returned to my room that afternoon, it hadn’t been cleaned—no fresh towels, and the bed wasn’t made. I called the front desk, and they said they would notify housekeeping. The next day, my bed was made, but by the third day, after another complaint, only the towels were replaced.
Overall, not the experience I expected. Cleanliness and comfort were definitely lacking.
