Luxe Lakefront Retreat op een rustig meer

Gebouwd in 2004 met alle voorzieningen. Je zult verliefd worden op de schoonheid en sereniteit van deze vredige, rustige 4-seizoenscampagne op een ongerept meer van 30 hectare. Van de prachtige veranda met uitzicht op het meer tot het grote bubbelbad en de sauna, dit huis heeft het allemaal. Ingebouwde Bose-geluidssysteem met luidsprekers binnenshuis en buitenshuis, 8-voet leisteen pooltafel, nieuw meubilair, houtkachel, bedraad en draadloos high-speed internet, met de hand geschild log opruimen, professionele landschapsarchitectuur, hickory vloeren, aangepaste kasten, en VEEL karakter.

De begane grond is voorzien van een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met een extra groot bubbelbad. Ook op de begane grond is een logeerkamer met een queensize bed en een half bad. Het lagere niveau is voorzien van een slaapkamer met queensize bed en een ligbad en een sauna. Een bedbank verbergen met een comfortabel queen-air-matras maakt het slaapgedeelte voor volwassenen compleet. Een grote zolder met laddertrap is geweldig voor oudere kinderen. Het hok heeft een eenpersoonsbed en twee queensize matrassen met losse schuim (zitzakken).

Vissen voor bas en zonnebaars uit het dok of neem de vissersboot, waterfietsen of kano (inbegrepen) op het rustige, schilderachtige meer zonder openbare toegang. Hoewel het strand matig zanderig is, is de bodem van het meer enigszins zacht zand met schaars onkruid, dus het beste zwemmen is vanaf het zwemplatform verankerd in 20 ft water. De waterkwaliteit is uitstekend en zeer duidelijk.

Als u geïnteresseerd bent in een zandstrand, is er een prachtig, gezinsvriendelijk openbaar strand in Shell Lake, op 20 km afstand. Voor meer informatie, Google 'Shell Lake'.

Iets meer dan twee uur van Minneapolis / St. Paul, dit is een cabineland met veel recreatieve mogelijkheden, zoals rivierkanoën, kajakken, tuben, wandelen, fietsen, skiën (alle soorten), vissen, enz. Er zijn veel meren in de omgeving, waaronder een groot recreatiemeer met een openbare aanleg 1/2 mijl weg.

Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig en er is een gasbarbecue beschikbaar. Boot, motor, kano en waterfietsen zijn bij de huurprijs inbegrepen.

Een opmerking voor tv-liefhebbers ... een dvd-speler en een 50-inch tv zijn beschikbaar.

Winter Weekend in the Northwoods

We had a lovely long weekend getaway in the beautiful northwoods! We loved having the sauna, and an endless supply of board games. Close to some trails for a nature walk and a relaxing space to hang with friends!

Bass Lake Cabin

Great property! Very quite lake with no other traffic while we were there. Great to have the use of the fishing boat and paddle boat. Cabin is very nice and 2 kids enjoyed the loft space for sleeping. Also super nice to have a high quality Weber grill to use.

Truly Relaxing Vacation

Had a great stay at Brad's Bass lake cabin! Came to town to visit family and see the Spooner play which was excellent! We had problems getting the Badger basketball tournament game and Brad was awesome walking us through it! But they lost... Looking forward to next time and the possibility of fishing the lake when it is warmer.

A week in paradise

This is a phenomenal property. Area is beautiful. Home is amazingly well equipped, better so than any VRBO I have stayed at. The only exception was no really good sharp kitchen knife but no VRBO has ever had that. Bring your own if you want one. Otherwise really well equipped. Their huge griddle was perfect for pancakes and fish fry!! Lake there is catch and release but we had really good success. Most bass smaller but a few big lunkers. We brought Kayaks and went to Lipsett lake 1/4 mile away. Had fantastic success there. Huge fat bass, lots panfish and one pike. Only went there for keeper fish for one fish fry, otherwise really enjoyed fishing right there. at Bass lake. Grill was fantastic. Had a nice fire one night. Went to 26 Lake to beach one day. All in all one of the best trips we have ever had together as a family. Cabin has wonderful screened in area which was well used. Kids enjoyed the pool table and basement. Super comfortable bed in Master. Can catch fish right off dock including a nice sized bass. Could not have been better! A little pricey but so worth it!!

lovely cabin on lovely lake

I spent a week in June at this cabin with my daughter and son-in-law. The cabin was in good shape-all appliances functioning - we especially enjoyed the screen porch, the swim raft and the canoe. The lake was clear, no power boats spoiling the tranquility. Close enough to Spooner to enjoy some restaurant meals - WiFi good enough for Zoom business meetings - a lovely week.

Fantastic cabin property

I rented this property with a small group of friends during NYE. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience - starting with the close proximity to the Twin Cities. The common areas were ideal for our group size of 6 (3 couples) and the kitchen area & appliances has everything we needed to prepare big group meals. The area is beautiful and secluded enough from neighboring properties for a genuine “cabin escape” vibe. It’s also close enough to get to grocery/liquor stores, bars & restaurants. The only gripe we had was the hot water heater not keeping up after we had a couple showers in a row in the morning. Overall, our crew would strongly recommend this property to others and we would strongly consider staying here again!

Beautiful Wooded Retreat

My friends and I enjoyed our short stay at this location. The weather and view were perfect! We enjoyed a sunset bonfire using the convenient fire pit. The home was well-decorated, spacious, private, and comfortable. Lake amenities were available but it was a bit chilly to use them Note: Be prepared to complete the owner's list of "chores" before leaving the unit. Enjoy!

It is a beautiful setting and cabin. It was very nicely appointed. It is as nice as the pictures showed. The cabin was not super clean and the arrangement with the owner is that you clean the cabin before you leave. So, one persons idea of clean is different from another persons. Especially, with today's need for disinfecting.

Even better than we had hoped!

We enjoyed everything about the cabin, the location and the lake. Here was each of our absolute favorites: Mom - the boat on the lake, Dad — how nice the cabin was, Anthony — the lake, Madison — the screened in porch and Sebastian — the lake. We range from 58-21 and we have to admit it was hard to come up with the number one thing. We took advantage of all of the wonderful things about the cabin — the sauna, the nice kitchen, the jacuzzi, the paddle boat, the kayak, the games in the cabinet, the wood stove, the fire pit, the dock, and even Spooner itself was so enjoyable. Brad was great to plan with and all of his tips of things to do were right on. Highly recommend!

A Great Vacation!

Our family had a great time at this cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including extras like the pool table and sound system. The lake was great and the kids loved taking the paddle boat out to the swim raft and fishing in the fishing boat. We loved the screen porch and spent most evenings there playing games. I highly recommend this cabin and we're already discussing a return next summer.
