'I would 100% recommend a stay here. The hosts were exceptional with their contact throughout right from when we made the booking. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day.
That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial.
So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...

'Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front.'

'Jean was a lovely host and the cottage was just the right size for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. I liked that there were no amenities that close as it made it a really quiet retreat. However Dereham was only about 2.5 miles away. Lovely area to explore, will definitely come again. Thanks.
