We brought an outdoor fan with us and it helped us stay cool in the July heat if we weren’t in the water. Karen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. 'We had such a wonderful time staying in this home!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see a few manatees swim up the canal from there. Also, there are so many little "extras" in this place! If there was anything that you may have forgotten to pack, i would be willing to bet they have it there already. 'The house was in a great spot with all of the amenities you can think of. We loved seeing manatees swim by everyday along with other wildlife. The backyard overlooking the river is where we spent most of our time. The chairs and umbrellas were perfect for lounging for us, and the kids spent a lot of time kayaking and exploring. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was great. '
