'We travel a lot, book a lot of rooms and air b&b’s and this was easily the most incredibly property we’ve ever stayed at. Perfect for our family of 4. Unbelievable scenery and location. Every single thing you’d need to enjoy your time on the river. We can’t wait to return!'

'Property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and right on the River. Each day we were there we saw Manatees and dolphins and environment super relaxing.. Check in was super easy, and very clean, owner Keith was quick to answering questions and attentive to our needs. '

'We had an issue in the beginning with getting into the house because I wasn’t getting communication from the property mgr regarding the code. The original code I received was on Tuesday but didn’t see anything after that, so when used that one & it didn’t work, I freaked out but we had the problem resolved immediately upon calling. 'The property was great. AC very effective. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms well designed and clean. Kitchen easy to work in. We mostly gathered on the deck and also made a fire at night. The Volleyball court was awesome. Easy location for the wedding we travelled to. We didn’t feel comfortable to swim in the water but we did kayak and saw a manatee. The fish flying out of the water was entertaining! It was a good choice for for two families vs a hotel. We had a great time. '

'Really enjoyed staying here. The location was great! Food in the area is some of the best around as well. Having the boat on the dock and being able to just walk out back and be in the Gulf of America in minutes is fantastic. The pool is nice when you are tired and don’t feel like messing with the boat in order to be in the water. 'Stunning home- just beautiful. Loved everything about it, so tastefully decorated and clean. Kitchen is beautiful and fun to cook in.Comfortable beds. Screened in porch was wonderful, with a great tv. Kayaks in great shape that were easy to get in and out of the water with the steps. We used the fire pit every night and sat around it in comfortable chairs. Karen is a very kind and thoughtful owner who responds immediately. Just a perfect vacation for us,'
