OBSERVATIEPUNT - Een unieke verhuurervaring op 5 minuten van

Hoogste vloereenheid van mooi nieuw eigentijds gebouw. Gebouw heeft drie eenheden. Alleen de begane grond unit Riverwalk en de bovenste verdieping unit Observation Point worden afzonderlijk verhuurd. De onderste eenheid wordt opgenomen als een partij beide eenheden huurt. Observation Point biedt een spectaculair 360 graden uitzicht op Zion. Volledige keuken en wasserij. 2 slaapkamers elk met een eigen flatscreen-tv en 2 badkamers. 2 hangende daybeds (Twin size) zwaaien terwijl je geniet van het adembenemende uitzicht. Breng de dag wandelen en kom terug naar het comfort van de veren bedekte en donzen dekbedden. In slaap vallen luisteren naar het geluid van de rivier. Apart Bullfrog spa- en patio met barbecuegrill. Ontspan in hangende stoelen op je eigen privédek boven de rivier de Virgin. De pendeldienst stopt op een steenworp afstand van de voordeur. Op enkele minuten van de fantastische restaurants en winkels van Springdale. Ligt aan prachtige park- en wandelpaden. Huur observatiepunt voor maximaal 6 personen of huur het hele gebouw voor retraites en reünies. Observatiepunt is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Leeftijdsgrens 13 en ouder.

What a great place for multigenerational family - the three different levels provided space for everybody. Location to Zion visitor center and park was ideal.

This house was such a lovely place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. There were plenty of beds for everyone and everything was quite comfortable. The house was a great distance to the park and the bus stop in was very close. It was just perfect. We had a great time!

Perfect location, gorgeous home with lots of space to spread out. We were 7 people (3 couples) and grandpa. 2 bedrooms on main level was great, loved the ping pong table and outdoor patios overlooking the river. Hot tub was wonderful. Host was wonderful. Felt very spa-like.

We had an incredible stay at this house near Zion! After long days of hiking, it was the perfect place to come back to comfortable, spacious, and filled with thoughtful amenities. Fantastic

We had a great stay!! The house is amazing and the views from the front and the back are beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck in the cool of the morning. The location was perfect. Easy access to just about everything. Tori was fantastic!! She was so helpful and had so many good suggestions of things to do and places to eat!! Room to Relax, Views to Remember

Our family of six (three couples) stayed at Observation Point for six nights. Tori was a great host—she met us at check-in, gave a quick tour, and was responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable: jaw-dropping views from both the front and back of the home, walkable to restaurants, steps from the shuttle, and right on the river. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the river (a deer even walked by one afternoon) and exploring the peaceful trails just across the bridge next to the property. The home’s layout gave each couple their own floor, which made it feel private and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable with plush mattresses, soft pillows, and hotel-quality linens. We appreciated the generous supply of towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and thoughtful extras like games.The home felt more lived-in than other rentals we've stayed in, with cabinets containing miscellaneous items. A few improvements could take this home to the next level. Kitchenware was mismatched and heavily used, rugs were frayed and worn, the living room couch was stained, and the outdoor furniture also showed signs of wear. One of the hanging chairs broke while someone was sitting in it (fortunately, no injuries). The pantry full of items leaving no space for our groceries. Several outdoor pots had dead plants which made the outdoor area feel a bit neglected.Still, the home’s charm, space, and location made for a memorable Zion experience.

We came for a wedding in Rockville. This property served our needs. The views of the mountains and Virgin River were breathtaking. Most restaurants & shops were close by & within walking distance. Fabulous House in Springdale, Utah

Very nicely appointed house in Springdale on the main drag close to city shuttle stop 7. The hiking right across the river is beautiful, and Zion Park is a 10 minute ride on the shuttle. This place is comfortable, clean, and luxurious by our standards. Also has a functioning outdoor Jacuzzi we enjoyed. Big windows and great views from the house.

Gorgeous Home and Convenient Location

Our family of seven adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Observation Point. The home was a relaxing place to stay and land after a busy and full day in Zion and the surrounding area. Both inside and outside of the property have plenty of spaces to spread out as well as have together time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hostess was quick to answer any of our questions and also gave some sightseeing tips. The town shuttle is just a few steps from the house making it super easy to catch. It is also one of the first stops into town so we never had to worry about having enough space on the shuttle for our crew.

Great Property for a Zion Visit!

Great house with plenty of space and all of the amenities. It’s very conveniently located. We enjoyed being able to catch the shuttle right by the house and get anywhere we needed in town as well as going to Zion. The hot tubs were excellent after hiking! We would recommend the property and would stay there again ourselves.

Contemporary oasis with Style

This property was wonderful. Stayed here with our adult son and his girlfriend- there was plenty of room for 10 or more people. 3 somewhat “separate” “apartments each with bathrooms, laundry and kitchens. Central areas were super comfortable. We enjoyed local hikes, the shuttle into Zion and especially stargazing from the decks and telescopes. An experience to always remember and come back to!!

Fantastic House, Fantastic Location

This house is incredible. Great location—close to the park and right on the river. I loved hiking in the morning just before sunrise (right behind the house). Tori communicated well and made sure we were good to go! I'd for sure stay here again!
