'I booked a room with 2 double beds, they gave me a room with a king. Room smelled like cigarettes, when I complained to the front desk they had someone come and spray air freshener. Lady who was supposedly a manager was extremely rude. Absolutely no hospitality skills.'

'Loved the garden, waterfall and Coy fish in the center of the building. That was lovely.
My husband is handicapped and we used the pool and hot tub. There is a lift to assist person to get in and out. We didn't discover that the lift was not working when he was in the hot tub, and we struggled to get him out, but we did. Note to self, always check before getting in that the lift is working!'
