The space
All four bedrooms and five beds are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch TV. Its bathroom comprises a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The other three bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. The hall bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo and a double vanity.

On the upstairs landing, you will find built-in cabinets stocked with linens, towels, and other essentials.

The downstairs area features a fully equipped kitchen with two distinct dining areas that can accommodate a total of 14 guests. The living area is spacious enough to seat seven people and has a selection of books, games, and a few toys. Additionally, there is an adjacent room with a 55-inch TV, which has a seating capacity of four. Next to the kitchen, you will find a half bath and a laundry room with essentials provided.

The property features two covered porches - one at the front and another at the back. The front porch has a swing and seating for four people, while the back porch has a table and seating for six. Additionally, a flat-top grill and a Weber smoker are available. Grilling essentials are also provided for your convenience.

The backyard is full of lush greenery and trees, and there are four parking spots available in the driveway.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the property's first and second floors, as well as the front and back yard. However, please note that the garage and a few other areas are off-limits as they are designated for private use. These areas are secured with keyed locks.
