Wonderful comfortable house in Springfield.
Great little neighborhood by a nice park and high school. House is very clean and very comfortable. Many wonderful amenities to make you feel at home. Diana and her husband are wonderful hosts. Very responsive and thoughtful. Will definitely stay here again.

I’d give these hosts SIX STARS!
Amazingly perfect. Genuine, kind, and steadfastly guest-oriented hosts. The property is beautiful (gorgeous landscaping, mature trees, etc.) and is situated across an equally beautiful park. Very easy access to the university stadiums via a short walk and one bus ride. Book this bnb!

Fresh flowers and cookies were on the table when we arrived. This was the perfect place for us: 2 seniors and our son. We enjoyed having our grandkids join us for their dad’s 48th birthday and Thanksgiving celebration. Large kitchen and living area was perfect for 8 adults. This house is directly across from a beautiful Park and the backyard is also setup nicely. Bring ice if you will be needing any for drinks

Lemonade House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. The location is great with easy access to a lot Eugene has to offer. Diana and Brad were excellent host and quickly answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this property. There are a lot of options available at the property for accommodating guest.

comfortable house, quiet location
This is such a comfortable house. The kitchen is as well stocked as mine at home. It is heated by electric heat and a wood stove. We used only the electric heat that was very comfortable. The bed was as good as home. The owners were helpful when needed. There is a lovely view out the front window. We were close to U of Oregon, ten minutes. I would come again. Thank you, Diana.

Perfectly Represented!
We could not have found a better fit for our needs. The property was exactly as described. Our stay was long - two months. Everything we needed was there. All we really had to do was buy our food. The owners were delightful, accessible, and sincerely interested in making our time there special. I highly recommend this Parkside Paradise.

Al and Sylvia were stellar guests. From the beginning they communicated very clearly and updated us throughout the 2 months they were here waiting for their transition details. They treated our home as if it were their own and were gracious and appreciative of everything. Al and Sylvia are the kind of guests you dream of when you open your home to hosting.
