White Guesthouse with a Pool

Welcome to The White Guesthouse in Springfield, a mid-century styled modern home that includes a private patio with a pool and deck that is perfectly suited for a relaxing evening during the spring/fall, and warm summer months. The white guesthouse is close to all the shops including Historic C-Street, MSU campus, coffee shops, Mercy/Cox hospitals, and downtown are all less than a 7 min drive. The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65.

Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Geve espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, and any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and a small office/desk area. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations.

This cute house was perfect for our trip to Missouri. It fit all 6 of us, was very clean and in excellent condition. Owner was easy to get hold of if needed. The check in and out process was easy and smooth!

This house has all of the little perks that you can imagine. Nice fenced backyard safe for your little furry friends. Which we brought our French bulldogs with us. A pool to relax in on a long, busy day. Bathrooms were really chic and had a blow dryer in each of them,. To have a laundry room accessible just in case of you needing to wash clothes. Beds, comfy with extra linen in the closets. If you have a little ones, they also have a playpen and a highchair. Which we didn’t need to use. I absolutely love this house. It was everything that I can imagine plus more.The major reason why I chose this house is because of it being so close to Evangel University. My son just graduated from there and we were able to move him out and enjoy this little house as a family.

We’ve stayed in several rental homes and were disappointed with the reality vs the online pictures. This place is everything it says it is!It’s the cleanest rental I’ve ever stepped foot in. There are so many amenities, fully stocked kitchen, comfy towels. Did I mention clean?We were there in March and the plunge pool was closed so I can’t review that. There was a heater for it and a nice propane fire pit for those chilly nights. This is somewhere I can confidently recommend for anyone. It’s 10 minutes from most anything in Springfield and there are endless restaurants, stores, caves, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for one week waiting for our grandbaby to be born in Springfield. Although he did not arrive while we were in town, we had a wonderful time at this property. The host is a sweetheart and was super helpful all week long. The place is clean and updated nicely with plenty of space for a family.

Perfect stay for my recent graduation at MSU! Location, comfort, and communication with the owner made our stay even more than we expected. While the neighborhood is a quiet older community, this home shines above! The decor and attention to detail fulfilled any needs that guests may have, making our travels and stay even more enjoyable. This was a wonderful stay for our family. We found it very clean, matching the photos on line & with lots of extra bedding. The couch bed worked well for a child, but a bit lumpy for an adult. We greatly enjoyed the pool and patio. We would choose this home again.

A great place to base out of if you’re in Springfield, MO. The host was so intentional with the home amenities. Loved toe pool for cooling off and hanging out. Super clean!! We will stay there again for sure.
