'Hotel voor onderweg, maar er zijn betere opties. Karig ontbijt, dat ook klokslag 9 uur wordt afgeruimd. Das wel heel vroeg. Ook de tv in de ontbijtruimte gaat uit. Niet zo vriendelijk. Bedden zijn prima (met een vervelende hoge rand - je zit er niet fijn op, bv voor tv kijken), kamers ruim, maar de airco is zeer luid. De douche in de badkamer is lachwekkend laag. Ik (1.73) moest bukken om er onder te kunnen staan. Belachelijk. '

'Easy check in. Good location that was well lit and felt safe. Room was clean and has been updated. Booked a queen but stayed in a king. Was a very pleasant upgrade. '

'I made a reservation Expedia told me to be there to check in the next day . When I got there they were closed. I had a family emergency so I couldn’t spend the rest of my afternoon stalking the internet going from Expedia to birch suites to figure out why they were close although I did try reaching out to Expedia with no results . So trip cancelled went home . Next day birch suites said since I had made the reservation thru Expedia then they were the ones that had to change my reservation date...

'Great walkable area. We happened to stay the night of the St Patrick's Day parade, and there was more noise than normal all night. The room had good amenities. '

'Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. '

'De nieuwe mevrouw aan de balie was vriendelijk. Degene die er al langer werkte was helemaal niet vriendelijk. Ook al hadden we onze kamer in januari geboekt en gevraagd voor het glvl niet gekregen. Trap was kapot en gevaarlijk, vuile kamer en kakkerlakken. '
