'Our stay at Woodhaven was one that made lasting memories. The house is extraordinary and so beautiful with all the personal touches from Mark and Jermey. Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. Woodhaven is a touch a heaven. '

'They need to fix the elevators. Employees have a letter in the elevator asking guests to contact owners bc they feel this should be done long time ago. One doesn’t work and the other one has some poorly functioning buttons. Employees were super helpful and nice. Pool is great. Close to massive mall and whole foods.'

'Hotel voor onderweg, maar er zijn betere opties. Karig ontbijt, dat ook klokslag 9 uur wordt afgeruimd. Das wel heel vroeg. Ook de tv in de ontbijtruimte gaat uit. Niet zo vriendelijk. Bedden zijn prima (met een vervelende hoge rand - je zit er niet fijn op, bv voor tv kijken), kamers ruim, maar de airco is zeer luid. De douche in de badkamer is lachwekkend laag. Ik (1.73) moest bukken om er onder te kunnen staan. Belachelijk. '

'I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and...

'The visit there was excellent'

'Room was clean and cool when we arrived. There was a couch that was helpful for hanging out. Had a microwave, refrig and coffee pot. Bathroom was good too. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Nice out door pool.'

'Good value for the price. Solid simple hotel - nothing fancy. Toilet and water pressure could’ve been better.'

'De nieuwe mevrouw aan de balie was vriendelijk. Degene die er al langer werkte was helemaal niet vriendelijk. Ook al hadden we onze kamer in januari geboekt en gevraagd voor het glvl niet gekregen. Trap was kapot en gevaarlijk, vuile kamer en kakkerlakken. '

'Both washer and dryer were broken. I did call two days before and ask. I was told both were fine and working. The guy at the front desk said. They have been broken for last month.'

'Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!'

'This is the third time I stay there. No complaints food is good and staff are nice .'

'Linens weren’t changed prior to check in. The pillow cases were obviously reused. There was beard hair in the sink, dirt in the shower. Gaps and cracks in caulking.'
