Located in the heart of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, The Little Blue Cabin (LBC) is a warm and welcoming short-term rental available for up to 4 guests. Perfect for workers aiding recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene, this fully furnished, 960 sq. ft. cabin offers comfortable, practical accommodations with reliable power and all essential amenities.

Layout Highlights:

Upper Level: A well-equipped kitchen, dining area / cozy sitting area and bedroom and full bathroom are located on the main level. Which opens up onto a spacious back deck overlooking the tranquil forest. The front entrance also leads to a large porch with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Lower Level: Accessible through a separate entrance, the lower level features a living area and lounge area, full bath, and additional sleeping options, and a workspace with a desk making it feel like a private suite within the cabin.

Accommodations:
The cabin includes a full-size bed in the upstairs bedroom with a relaxing tub in its bathroom, and a second full bath downstairs with a shower. Downstairs, you’ll find a twin-sized couch bed and a Cordaroy's bean bag (as seen on Shark Tank) that transforms into a full-size bed, ensuring enough space for everyone to rest and recharge.

Outdoor Amenities:
Step outside to unwind by the fire pit area or soak in the brand-new jacuzzi after a long days work. Surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place for starry nights, crisp mountain air, and relaxation.

The Little Blue Cabin is ideally located less than a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. With its cozy yet spacious layout, it’s perfect for individuals or groups looking for a convenient, centrally located home base during the rebuilding process.

The primary bedroom upstairs has a full-size bed, ideal for a couple or individual, with its own bathroom featuring a tub for relaxing soaks.

Downstairs, there’s a twin-sized couch bed, plus a Cordaroy's bean bag that unfolds into a full-size bed, adding additional flexibility for guest arrangements. The downstairs bathroom has a shower.


Please Note: The spiral staircase leading from the main level to the lower level has a 200lb limit on them.

For guest safety you must use the downstairs entry way if you exceed over 200lbs and want to access the downstairs living area.
