'Liked the restaurant. Served great meals. Didn’t like stairs going to rooms, narrow and steep. Not a good handrail. Liked the rooms, spacious.'

'We had everything we needed and then some in this clean and pretty cabin. Liked that we had our own grill on the front porch. Location was quiet and great for access to the St John Valley Heritage Trail. The pavilion had a fireplace and comfy couches and two more grills. The owners were very responsive and you really can't beat the price. All in all a great experience with all the amenities you could ask for.'

'Wondeful place beautiful scenery '

'The cottage is very cozy, clean, and well-equipped with things like large screen TV, wi-fi, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and air conditioning upstairs. Laurie is so nice and she texts you back immediately if you have a question about something. Cross Lake is gorgeous with great kayaking (there is a kayak and paddle board for guests to use), plenty of perch to catch, and a family of loons. Aroostook County is beautiful and all the people are so nice. I am looking forward to coming back next...

'This simple cabin is a great place to stay! Check in was easy. The kitchen and baths were clean. We only had 6 people but the cabin has three levels and would probably fit 17 people to sleep. The covered porch was perfect for relaxing. We met the owner and he was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The stay was very laid back. The property is close to town and amenities. We would love to go back and stay longer!'
