The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the La Baia residence, situated on the seafront right in front of the ancient tower of Casalabate.
The entrance opens onto a shared hallway. The living room features an open kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the private veranda, furnished with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.
Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with a closet and nightstands, featuring an en suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom also provides access to the skylight area with an outdoor shower.
Air conditioning is available in the bedroom. This unit is perfect for couples or families with children, as the shower room is located inside the bedroom.

Residence La Baia is located on the Casalabate waterfront, within the municipality of Squinzano, directly across from the ancient watchtower.
Casalabate is a lively and well-served seaside town. The redevelopment of the waterfront has beautified it and transformed it into a pleasant destination, where your stay is further enhanced by various cultural and entertainment events.
The nearest beach with amenities is Sun Beach, just 600 m away.
