The three-room apartment is located on the first floor of Residence La Baia, situated on the beachfront right in front of the ancient tower of Casalabate.
The entrance features a staircase and a hallway shared with other units.
The spacious, air-conditioned living room features a dining area, a double sofa bed, a TV, and a kitchenette. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which overlooks the sea.
The sleeping area consists of one master bedroom and one twin bedroom with bunk beds; the window in the twin bedroom, located high up, overlooks the master bedroom.
The apartment also features one bathroom with a shower.

Residence La Baia is located on the Casalabate waterfront, within the municipality of Squinzano, directly across from the ancient watchtower.
Casalabate is a lively and well-served seaside town. The redevelopment of the waterfront has beautified it and transformed it into a pleasant destination, where your stay is further enhanced by various cultural and entertainment events.
The nearest beach with amenities is Sun Beach, just 600 m away.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
