'It's on a round-a-bout which means that you have to look for the carpark. There is one & it is close by. We didn't stay in the hotel but in the Coachhouse. Breakfast was very good, staff are friendly. Has all the facilities but it's greatest plus point is where it is. Although I can imagine that some rooms could be quite noisy. '

'Lovely. We will definitely be back. The food was really special as was the wine and service. We paid for the deluxe king room and the bathroom was really lovely my only slight gripe was the room didn’t feel especially roomy or deluxe however the bathroom did make up for this as it was gorgeous. Not a complaint but I think I wouldn’t pay the extra for the deluxe room when I come back which I definitely will be doing. It’s worth it for the food and service alone as well as the beautiful scenery. '

'Overall our two nights were good room and property were very clean and there's a kitchen for food. A couple of points would be to have a blind on the bathroom door window mainly because the morning light comes in and wound add more privacy. Also we found the mattresses uncomfortable and springy so didn't get a great sleep but its a lovely property and would stay again if beds were comfier '

'Gezellige pub/hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Toen we erg vroeg weg moesten stond beneden een ontbijtje voor onderweg klaar. Je kunt er ook lekker eten. Het zat iedere avond vol met locale maar als gast heb je gegarandeerd een tafel. '

'The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely including breakfast and our stay went really smoothly. I stayed here with my little girl to do some sight seeing ect. The only down fall was that the rooms are a little tired looking and its a shame there not kept quite traditional or old vintage looking to keep in with the 1600 century building. I know some things have to be modernised!....like the bathrooms are but unfortunately our bathroom was not finished in perfect condition,...

'We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the four poster bed was lovely as well. The food at the hotel is very nice and very well priced and the real ales are superb. Although they don’t do breakfast there are plenty of places to get breakfast, we used Ye Old Nags Head and for £10.95 it was value for money. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at The Peak Hotel and will be staying...
