The condo is located in Crescent Beach, and is a short drive to the old city, a half-hour from Daytona Beach, and just an hour to Jacksonville.
Whether you are coming to stroll the beaches and sun bathe, or walk the cobblestone streets of old St. Augustine and take in its' rich history, this is the perfect place to stay.

Welcome to Point Matanzas, where your stay begins with freshly prepared linens and a generous supply of towels. The spacious downstairs living area offers comfortable seating, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy your favorite shows or catch the big game on the large flat-screen TV. Step out onto the covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful sunrise. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease—perfect for a leisurely breakfast or brunch.
Upstairs, you’ll find inviting bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed and opens onto a private balcony with serene views of the surrounding greenery and water. The guest room includes two twin beds, making it a great option for children or teens, while the living room sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. With two full bathrooms, everyone can get ready comfortably before heading out to enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer.
