Slaapkamer op de derde verdieping heeft een spectaculair uitzicht. Je wilt hoger zijn omdat de zandduinen zijn gegroeid en het moeilijk is om de oceaan vanaf de eerste verdieping te zien. Letterlijk slechts ongeveer 200 stappen naar het prachtige strand van Saint Augustine. HET IS UW KEUZE: RUST & ONTSPANNEN OF ACTIEF & AVONTUURLIJK ZIJN.
Bekijk een schilderachtige zonsopgang met uw koffie en het dagelijkse nieuws van uw privé-terras met uitzicht op de oceaan. 'S Avonds kunt u vanaf het balkon met uitzicht op de lagune een kleurrijke zonsondergang bekijken. Zonnen, wandelen (kilometers strand), fietsen of gewoon genieten van de oceaan en de horizon, rusten en lezen zijn allemaal keuzes waarmee u wordt geconfronteerd. Parkeer uw auto op uw eigen oprit. Er is een zwembad met een nieuw bubbelbad, tennisbanen en een gemeenschapscentrum, allemaal toegankelijk hier bij Sea Winds. Bezoek het nabijgelegen Staatspark Anastasia Island, reis over een van de twee bruggen om de historische stad oude St. Augustine te bezoeken (ongeveer vijf mijl of minder dan 10 minuten), bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, winkels etc. Nieuwe bioscoop en winkels.
Onze comfortabele stadswoning wacht op u direct aan het strand van St Augustine. Badkamers zijn allemaal onlangs gerenoveerd. We bieden wifi, HDTV en kabel. Slechts een paar minuten, wandelen, fietsen of rijden naar boodschappen, restaurants, drogisterij, winkelen, ijs, putt-putt golf etc.
We hebben voor uw gebruik: strandstoelen, strandlakens, wakborden en meer strandaccessoires. We hebben vier fietsen voor uw gebruik om rond het gebied te rijden.

This property was fantastic! The views were amazing it is well equipped and the host are some of the best we've had. We ran into a couple of issues that were totally our fault and the hosts were very fast to respond and always gracious with us. The walk to the beach couldn't be easier. The boardwalk is literally right out the door. We will definitely be back.

The location is the first reason to pick this place, 5 mins walk from the beach and walking distance to restaurants around the area. The condo is really spacious and clean. 2 rooms in the first floor and the master bedroom in the third floor. The second floor is an open space for living room, dining table and kitchen. The condo is fully equipped with supplies, plenty of pillows, beach towels in the closet in the hallway and kitchen utensils...There is one thing needed to improve is adding an AC unit in the master bedroom. Even at night, it's too hot and humid for us to sleep there. Overalls, nothing else to complain about this place. 10/10. We definitely will book Seawinds 44 again if we have a chance to visit St. Augustine again.

A beautiful vacation home for a girls getaway as well as a vacation for a family.Gorgeous views from every level - from the patio bedroom, to the deck off of the kitchen to watch the sunset, to the deck off of the living room, and then to the deck off of the master suite.I watched the sunrise, heard the sounds of the ocean, and drank my coffee every morning on the master suite deck and the living room deck.I walked on the beach every morning and went to the beautiful pool each day.I cannot wait to return again soon! I would highly recommend this vacation home!

This is our second time staying here. It is a great location and an easy walk to the beach. There is only room for 1 car to park but open spots near the entrance for 2nd car. The garage is filled with beach chairs and bikes, beach toys, etc. This is a real perk for our group. I appreciate having access to the beach chairsKarol responds quickly to any issues or requests. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lovely outdoor pool. I highly recommend this unit.

My husband and I traveled here with our 4 kids. The space is beautiful with plenty of spots to relax. The rooms were all so comfortable and everyone slept so good. While we were there we spent time at the beach, the pool and hot tub, and we went to downtown St Augustine. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking. We especially liked the boardwalk to the beach and how it was so close. The beach is beautiful here. Our kids loved the pool. It was a very nice facility. Karol was so kind and made sure we didn't need anything while staying here. We will definitely be back when visiting St. Augustine, and we recommend this place to anyone visiting. It checks all the boxes so that you can have an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

The condo is in a great location, and the home is filled with lots of amenities. Our only issue was getting in to the house upon arrival. Our instructions didn't mention pressing any button before the code, so we were locked out after several attempts. It wouldn't have been an issue except our multiple calls to the emergency line for the property manager were unanswered. Fortunately, I had the owner's phone number; she was so helpful and walked us through a different way to get inside. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to get started. We have already booked our return trip in March when our entire family will be joining us. We have access to bikes, tennis rackets, pool, beach, rafts, beach chairs, etc. I can hardly wait. Thank you, Karol.

Communication & Check In process were easy, smooth and timely. Great experience over all. The entire condo is exactly as pictured and SPECTACULAR location! Had a terrific 5 days mid-Dec 2024; sunrises are amazing and the condo was clean, roomy, inviting and made for a restful, relaxing stay. Will TOTALLY plan on a future return - thanks!

If you want ON the beach, there is no better spot. Most rooms (most of the beds even) have a view of the sunrise. Multiple balconies and a porch. Short boardwalk to the beach. Could bike or walk to food, grocery and coffee. Anything you need is most likely already in the condo. Three levels with kitchen/den on the middle level. Might be helpful to know that AC can't go below 70. We like to sleep cold so maybe not an issue for others. Super responsive hosts. Loved our time at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Winds 44. The location was fantastic-right on the ocean with gorgeous sunrises! Also near many great restaurants and not far from beaufiul downtown St. Augustine. The condo was clean and spacious. Loved having a half bath on middle level in addition to other full baths. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and was also spacious. Hosts Bob and Karol were quick to respond to our questions. Wonderful week long stay.

The condo is in a great location with direct views of the beach. The kitchen is roomy and has everything you need. The grocery store, Publix is right down the road. The living room has comfortable furniture. The dining area is a little tight but has a solid table and 6 chairs. They provide beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach blanket, cruiser bikes, and other items. The ocean water was very comfortable and the beach has a very gradual slope which is great. The pool and hot tub area are a short walk but both in very good shape. There are a number of good restaurants in the area or you can take a short drive into the town of St. Augustine for even more stores, shops, eating. Overall we couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had two weeks to enjoy Seawinds! My wife and I spent the first week together staying in the upstairs King suite with gorgeous view of the ocean with deck! Our kids with spouses and one grandchild joined us the second week. We moved to queen room downstairs. The accommodations were wonderful! We loved the BIG kitchen area! Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs! The beach wagon was great! With the boardwalk to the beach with no steps it helped move a lot of beach gear! Love the gate on boardwalk that has a keycode lock - keeps folks from coming up from the beach that are not staying at Sea Winds. Bob & Karol were very responsive! Whatever came up - they helped out. The location is excellent! Beach, pool, Publix, restaurants (enjoyed Sunset Grille, Mango Mangoes, Island Donuts, O'Steens (ordered takeout)). My wife and I did the Food & Wine Tour in St. Augustine. It was well worth the costs. Loved it! Our granddaughter loved the trolley tour in St. Augustine. It's a great way to get an overall tour of the city (step-on/step-off). Shops on St. George Street are worth a visit - while there, get a frozen drink at Boat Drinks. Staying for two weeks gave us time to relax and enjoy the moments. We would go back!

We had a very nice stay. The location was perfect! The townhome was as close to the beach as possible with the access just steps from the door. It is in a quiet development, the only thing you hear from the balconies is the ocean and birds. We encountered only a minor complaint with the ac that the owner quickly gave us the solution to. In short, the place was nice, the location was nice, the beach was nice, and the owners were nice!

This was our 2nd time here on summer vacation and we all loved it!! The interior layout is great and works for extended family. Short walk to the beach was great. Longer walk to the pool and hot tub but was still great! Will come back again if possible and our boys don’t have baseball. Fantastic vacation!! Owners are great and easy to work with.

As always we had a great time. The view from the balcony 's were breathtaking. Nighttime looking for crabs is hilarious and a fun family adventure. The ocean was a little rough but the boys had fun with the boggie boards, as well as their dad. The morning we left there was a rainbow in the sky. Sad to leave and head home.

We loved this place! Bob and Karol were wonderful hosts. Very responsive to any questions we had. The property was clean. So spacious for a family of 7. Everyone had their own space and plenty of bathrooms so no one was crowded. The beach access couldn’t be more convenient. The boardwalk is super close to the building. The garage is stocked with chairs, a tent, wagon and even several bicycles—all things you would typically have to rent separately. Location was wonderful! Restaurants, coffee and other entertainment is just a short walk or bike ride away. Very nice, quiet neighborhood full of friendly people. We’re already talking about how we’d love to come back next year!

The condo was perfect for us. There were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We had plenty of room! Seating in the living room was comfortable and there was a spot for each of us. The beach supplies were awesome and very much appreciated as we flew in for our vacation and couldn’t bring beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was spacious and had all the needed amenities. The host was responsive to our requests and very helpful. The location and access to the beach was so convenient. We drank in the views when we weren’t at the beach. We stayed here with a family of five adults and teens. Would stay again!

Positives: Very happy with our stay. The condo was well stocked with everything you need and then some. Very clean. Great views, always a breeze. Great location with easy access to the beach. All the chairs, tent, and toys you need. Negatives: the condo was 3 stories with steep stairs. We met my uncle who is 80 so stairs like that are a little scary. The AC on the second level wasn’t working right but other than that everything was perfect! I would stay there again and highly recommend it!
